Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to a business enquiry you have initiated. Where you proceed to instruct CirculOffice, processing is also necessary for the performance of a contract between us.

How long we keep your data

If your enquiry does not proceed to an instruction, we will retain your contact details for no longer than 12 months, after which they will be securely deleted.

If you instruct CirculOffice, we will retain relevant records for 6 years from the date of the completed transaction, in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver our service — for example, sharing asset details (not your personal contact information) with prospective buyers as part of the asset recovery process. In all cases, buyer contact is managed through CirculOffice.
